Wheelchair Restraints
Vehicle restraints are designed to attach manual or powered wheelchairs to the floor of a vehicle. They help to ensure that the user is kept safe when being transported in their wheelchair.
The occupant and wheelchair are securely fastened at four locations along an aluminium track. The fastening is done with webbing straps that are adjusted manually or with a retractable system. The tracking system allows for varied positioning of the wheelchair and user allowing for multiple users to be safely transported. The tracking is available in several lengths and can be fitted above the floor or recessed.
